Our Story

We’re two busy women balancing careers, families, and the daily chaos of life — and somewhere along the way, we realized we had stopped taking care of ourselves.

Over dinner one night, we started talking about how we wanted to feel better, look more youthful, and have more energy. That conversation led to exploring peptides, hormones, and lifestyle changes — and soon, our husbands joined in too. Their experiences gave us valuable insight into how these therapies benefit both men and women.

With the help of a provider, we addressed our hormone imbalances, started on GLP-1s, committed to consistent workouts, and added peptides that supported our goals.

The results were life-changing — not just physically, but mentally and emotionally.

That’s how MYLS — Make Your Life Strong — was born. Our mission is to help others take back control of their health, restore balance, and feel strong from the inside out.

Whether you’re just starting or ready to level up your wellness journey, we’re here to guide and support you every step of the way.
