1.Bacteriostatic Water (BAC Water) used to reconstitute (mix) medications that come in powdered form, such as peptides. Keep refrigerated if you’re using it over multiple weeks.
2.Reconstitution Needles-Not used for injecting into the body — just for drawing and mixing.
3.Subcutaneous insulin syringe- For injecting peptide
4.Alcohol Pads- Use an alcohol pad to wipe:
* The top of the BAC water vial
* The top of the peptide powder vial
Why: This removes bacteria so the needle doesn’t push contaminants into the vial.
Wipe skin where you plan on injecting. How:
* Wipe in a circular motion outward
* Let dry for 5–10 seconds
* Inject once dry (alcohol stings if still wet)

Lyophilized peptides are typically stable at room temperature for ashort time, but refrigeration is ideal to ensure maximum potency. 

For long-term storage (several months to years), we recommendfreezing your peptides at -80°C(-112°F). This preservestheir integrity and effectiveness until you're ready to use them.
